Homegrown Camo Job After Pictures
« on: March 01, 2011, 11:12:56 PM »
I think you guys may like this. I don't use my rifle much but this is a .17HMR that I had that was rusting so I decided to get ambitious and nullify the problem.

Here is some pictures. Hope you guys like it.

Ryan.

Hope you guys liked it.  I have more pictures showing the prep work and stuff but they're nothing fancy just me breaking it down before I sprayed the tan base coat.

did you have a stencil for the green over the tan, if now how exactly did you get that pattern?

I took the bristles from a corn husk broom and taped them together then I tested and adjusted till I was satisfied before I put it onto the gun. Gotta say I'm happy with it for how I did it, I never tried it before in my life but I made sure I practiced like crazy before on some cardboard.

Ryan, I like it. Nice job.

Thanks guys, I appreciate it. I did the tracks just so that it would set it apart from any other sprayed camo job.
