Hunted on a local PGL.
Saw   999 squirrels    0 deer
Saw 999 hunters cars in the parking lot   0  hunters in the woods.

I did have vantage point to the road that goes through the PGL... Also counted the same 999 cars filled with deer hunter  road hunting...

Looks like we have a new breed of deer hunter out there? Sure is not like the old days!!!!!!

Was a real nice day in Penns woods...However we are now due for 3 inches of rain...Tuesday through Weds.. Wish it was snow.....

Hunter was shot about 10 miles from my house today.  Happened inQuakertown.  It appears he was dragging a deer when shot.  Both man and deer found in creek.  Gun leaning against a tree.  This is why I normaly stay out of the woods during deer rifle season.  And to think folks want to legalize semi autos for deer huntig :(

I saw 8 doe, one of which literally walked within feet behind me.  I was in 3D so doe was open, but I couldn't get a decent shot at any.  Gonna head back to susquehanna county and see if any bucks are alive.

hunted behind he the house today, at 7a.m. we had two doe come into us the stopped about 60 yards infront of us, then a buck, think it was an 8 we have been seeing on the trail cam chase the 2 doe, he didn't stop long enough in any of the shooting lanes for forrest to get a good shot, proud of him that he didn't let one fly.  ended up seeing 11 deer in total.  2 red fox and about 40 turkeys.

seen 7 deer at around 9 in the morning.  all but 2 were bucks.  two spikes and the rest were sporting buttons.  6 of em were about 20 ft away from my stand.  most deer I have seen in one day in the past three years.

I saw 5 doe who I guess were tired, as i captured one snoozing.. on the 2nd day I managed to walk up on a 4pt who was in a briar patch, this is my 50th season and in a word this is pathetic....yrs ago I hunted the 2nd week only, as I like to still hunt..I could easily see up to 75 deer in that week alone...it would now take 3 seasons hunting both weeks to duplicate that and maybe longer hunting public ground.. jmo...
