I just moved to potter county, so hunting for yotes in a more coyote rich environment is something new to me coming from souther dauphin county. I got a pack of dogs across the stree every night and morning yipping and howling. They respond to my howls and barks both hand call and electronically, but they won't come any closer, and about 20% of the they shut up. I do more prey species type calls, rabbit, baby dear, yote in distress ect more than i do any howling. The results are the same, some answer, sooner or later they shut up, and nothing shows up. Any suggestions?
