I WON!!!!

This past Saturday we had a Sportsman's Bingo at our VFW.  After about 20 games and nothing but a squirrel call as a door prize, I won the very last game.  The gun was a Marlin 30-30.  Instead of taking that I began to look for an appropriate rifle for my 8 year old daughter.

I pulled the trigger on a TC Venture Compact in 223 for her.  After the gift certificate and the $75 mail-in rebate that TC is offering on the Venture I'll get that rifle for her for $7.30.

Now all that I have to do is decide on a scope to put on it for her and she'll be a killing machine this season.

Long story Hernandez but in reality it should've been her bingo because I ended up.switching the cards. And she hasn't let me forget it either. Let's be honest, I have enough guns. It's time to fill the gaps for the kids. A young 8 year old girl is a difficult one though.
