« on: August 18, 2017, 06:17:25 AM »
  >:( >:(  Keeps everything to himself and doesn't share.... >:( >:( >:( Yesterday I happened to see him and peeked into his truck  ::) ::) He has a brand new "Mud River Truck Seat Organizer".... ??? ??? ??? What is everyone else using or not like me? This looked like it would be great, especially if there were two of you hunting.  ;D ;D Two firearms cases and multiple pouches  :) although all Goose had in his was a case of snacks  :o :o :o....looked like a good way to get stuff off the back seat..... 8)

I swear by the "Rifle Caddy" if you have a truck with a big center console/arm rest this thing is awesome. Holds 2 guns with plenty of room under the gun for hat, gloves, magazines/shells, foxpro remote, has 2 other recessed sections for binos or whatever else you may need. I drilled holes in mine to allow me to put 6 shotshells in without rolling around, and lined everything with foam so there is no rattling/banging. Great product though

They are both short, but you can point the barrels toward the rear of the truck also. The rifle is the Ruger Rancher .556 so its only 16 inches. The mossberg is a 22" barrel for reference. Nice setup though, easy in and easy out, never need to open up the rear door everything is accessible right from the front seat. I do a lot of locating and run and gun style, almost like turkey hunting so it comes in handy to be ready to roll ASAP.

...i ordered mine from Boondock Outdoors up in Phillipsburg, PA. If you do a google search you can see alot better pictures of it. That picture doesn't really show the full amount of space it has.

Do you have any problems with condensation getting the gun out of the truck being up front at the heater.
For a brief moment I could hear nature through all the noise.

No I never had an issues with that, I only run heat through my windshield vent and maybe foot vent though. Maybe if you had heat blowing right on them through the other vents that could happen but I can't say yes or no on that. If your one of those guys that has the heat blazing like a sauna you may have some issues haha. But with the minimal heat that I run I never had a drop of condensation.

Haha well i didn't mean that personally!! Dont want to offend anyone, but yeah i dont know how it would react with the heat blasting on it. Im hoping to go use mine this weekend, temps are supposed to dip pretty good friday night into saturday morning. Might have to go see if i remember how everything works!

12ga.
I just know when it is like 5 degrees out my vehicle heater is on full. Big temp change on scope and gun. I always keep my gun in back of vehicle or in bed of truck. Never liked waiting for scope to unfog.
