When was the last time you saw one of these?
« on: August 19, 2016, 07:34:32 AM »

Last evening on the Susquehanna.  I haven't seen an EEL in years, this one was around 30 inches...My "Daughter" and I were wade fishing. After this, she kept jumping around because things were bumping into her legs...HAHAHAHAHAHA.....Haven't seen one in 50yrs and suddenly according to her they were everywhere...I quote "Do they swim around by themselves or are there HERDs of them?",  big herds ,hundreds of them...LOL...........8)

Nice.  I have not seen one in the Susquehanna for maybe 30 years.  On a side note, your daughter should be used to those kind of critters.  She is related to you!
"Predators are either active & feeding, semi-active & callable, or utterly inactive & then practically speaking, no call is needed; we're just taking our guns for a walk. We can & should get used to it, & follow their leed cuz they just ain't eager nor apt to follow our’s any time soon!
