foxpro inferno
« on: December 05, 2015, 11:18:51 PM »
Has anyone tried the foxpro inferno at all? I picked one up today and I'm dying to go try it out in the field. I tinkered with the remote functions down in the basement (so it wouldn't upset Mama and the baby). I do like the way the remote is layed out. Larger display and more intuitive functions. I guess my only real question is, is the remote operating range as dramatically improved as they claim? Saw a YouTube video of Mike Dillon trying one out at over 500 yards with the remote working flawlessly. Of course that was open fields. Then he also tested it in thick brush at over 100 yards and worked flawlessly. Anyone have any opinions on this caller?

I love mine to death and so have the fox. I don't know how far the remote range is, the remote stays around my neck and the call in my hoodie pocket, I pull the speaker out while calling. The functions of the remote are hands down better than the tx9 remotes, the catigories are a time saver.
