Last month I dropped a red during the full moon and by the looks of Kirks Facebook page he did well last night with the moon high in the sky.

I went out after work at 10 pm.  I started calling around 10:30.  It took me longer than usual, but I managed to put the first red down.

I moved to another spot and hunted it hard.  I made 5 sets....nothing but a cat, and that wasn't till the last stand.  I was at that spot for about an hour and a half.

Went to a third spot and had my second red bagged after calling for about 3 minutes.   I'll try to get some pics on the board when its daylight.  Its now 2 am and I don't feel like messing with the camera tonight.

I usually don't like the full moon, but tonight seem to do me well.

Cloudy in my area tonight/this morning. Clouds helped for good call'n.
During full moon, my traps seem to produce and don't slow none.

Full moon nights they still have to eat. I do not do as good calling because they catch me walking in more I think. But I used to think wind over 15mph was no good either. I think the best nights are the ones you kill stuff on. There are no set rules these critters play buy all the time, just a lot of the times they are more predictable.
For a brief moment I could hear nature through all the noise.

Had a decent night last night shot 5 reds and 2 coon.On full moon nights I still usually see the fox but they seem alittle spooky. But last night they came right in.

I just don't have good results on a full moon,Seems like I always do better on a pitch black night. It does seem that the critters are more weary when moon is full an bright.
