I'm gonna listen to the pains in my knees to tell me the weather is gonna change
more pain the deeper it's gonna be...

Sort of disasppointed here this morning
it's says 19 degree's...
I listened to the weather on 3 different networks last night and it was doomsday coming
single digits
unbreathable air
1sec. frostbite
it's 2 degree's warmer here than yesterday
How can you practice cold weather ambush tactics and frozen traps technique if it's just going to stay warm like this???
What we need is some of that minus 50 degree weather
those lucky smucks in ND are getting
You having any "PAIN" Goose?
Just wondering if we have a chance.

I'm just to "Overly Mature" to handle this stuff. 17°, wind blowing and I know the truck is gonna grown when I go out to start it this morning.
I'm gonna check my traps, but they are probably froze tighter than a squirrel in a glacier

It was Minus 5 checking the cables today... I purchased some of those gloves that takes a D size battery... Wow they work great...Son had on the gloves that you inset the heating pouch in it.. they worked great too... I buy all of this stuff on clearance after season. You ever get a chance to grab one of those wind shear sweaters... Oh they are so nice for calling and for checking traps in cold temps.. usually Cabelas have them on clearance after Feb...I never buy that stuff new.. I wait until I see that they are almost giving it away and then I buy it.. One of my favorite pants to wear the PGC Game Protector green wool pants... I got mine years ago at Dover York mission store... $.99. with appropriate thermals.. they are so warm..
