Have you guys heard about the new 17 Winchester Super Mag coming out his year. Fastest rimfire on the planet, 3000fps with 20gr VMAX. This is a big deal for all of us Southeastern PA hunters who can only use rimfire. Apparently Savage has already made a model for it. Does anyone know release dates yet?

Yes - I actually put a deposit down on one. Sounds like it could be a few months before it comes in. Not sure how it will do with coyotes but I bought it mainly for fox and other small critters.
