Calvary Outdoor Expo

I'd like to get some feed back from any of the officers on this.  Since my PM's go unanswered and tables are going fast.

The Calvary Outdoor Expo is held at a local church with in excess of 8000 attendees.  It is a free expo.  They have had notable speakers such as Babe Winkleman.  I put a table up here 3yrs ago and think it would be a great idea to do it again.

Hey Dave I have not received the banner for D-2 but as soon as Ben sends it I will get in contact with you and we can meet up before the show.   I'll get you some applications too.  Anything else you need let me know and I'll do my best to be responsive to any support you need.  My hat is off to you...we need more guys like you who roll up thier sleeves and promote the PPHA.

Dave...just an update.  Ben does not have a  banner he is able to send.  I have reached out and asked the entire PPHA leaders seeking a PPHA banner for you.  Nobody seems to know what happened to the one for our district.

Yeah I've been working some crazy overtime the last few weeks and there is no end in sight right now.  Damien if you want to stop by and help at the table that would be much appreciated.

Damian is an awesome member...very pumped up about predator hunting and an all around great guy.  Everytime he comes up to hunt he brings me a dozen doughnuts...just what a fat guy like me needs!  He is a first class dude.  He is coming up tonight to hunt.  Should I give him the applications?  Still waiting on someone to send me a banner for our district.
