Me and the kids will be there late Friday evening, we'll be leaving after they get out of school. I expect to be up there around 5pm and looking forward to meeting you all.  We do have a slight change of plans, we have to leave Saturday afternoon to make the scouts end of year cookout for 4pm Saturday!

Coop, check in is at the red barn.  Tell them you are with the PPHA group or Tim Deckard.  They will tell you what sites we have reserved and may even escort you to them.  When people start showing up just introduce yourself or ask if they are with the PPHA.  You can't miss Big Ben, he is the ugly one! ;D (jk).  Read the initial post for more details.  You may want to check out the campgrounds website for directions.  You don't need to bring anything but your camping gear and maybe some chairs for around the campfire.  We have everything else covered as far as food and drinks as long as your not picky or have food allergies.  12:00 pm is the earliest anyone should be there.  Most won't roll in until 5-8 pm.  We will set up a centrally located community food tent so don't set your gear up on a center lot.  If your not sure where to set up it would be best to just wait until someone from the PPHA can help you.  Thanks and see you all there.

I plan to be there between 5-6 but can only stay for the evening. Is it ok to bring a friend along if he is not a ppha member?  Should I bring fishing gear for just friday evening or is it just story telling then?

You can bring a friend as long as he is leaving with you and not staying all weekend as we have only planned food for a specific number of people.  Yes bring your fishing rods.  The nice thing about these events is you do want you want when you want to.  There will be others fishing I am sure.  We may need to cut the professionals line so the rest of us have a chance to catch fish though. ;D

PS:  Told you he was ugly.

Would of been a splash if someone was ornery enough to rock the boat just then ;D
