I need to have a final count by may 9th.  There are cabins there but not sure the availabilty.  If you or anyone is utilizing a popup or camper, let me know because the cost is different.  We are getting 10% off.  Popup site rental is $30.60/night.  Campers are more but not sure exactly how much.  I wanna think around $40.00.  The main difference is you have to have a one night deposit ahead of time with your name, address and phone number.  The others can pay when they get there.  Thats why I need to know ahead of time.

The camp ground is being very accomodating to us.  I held ten sites and they are all booked.  I called them the other day and asked if we could hold two more sites just in case and they said they would.  If for some reason they have to fill them we can put more than one tent in a site.  The site are very wide but not real deep. I plan on having one central site for the fire and cook tent.  Of cours everyone can have there own fire if they want.  I will need kindling and firewood if anyone can provide.

OK, gotta call today and confirm with the campground.  Any last second additions?  Let me know by noon.  If anyone decides later that they want to come just let me know.  We can put two tents per site unless its a huge tent.  We will squeeze you in somehow.

If you know for sure that you are coming, and you know for sure what food/drink you plan on bringing, can you post below? First, it shows Tim and I what we have to go buy with our allowance. Secondly, it might spark some interest in others to come join us in a good time! We already have more than last year I believe and I think this  year is going to be better already than last!

Who's bring'n the french fry cutter and tatars?  (As soon as those frys hit the table...they were gone...lol)
I purchased a cutter after that outing. I'll bring it alone if we need it. Let me know.
'51 and Ben, let me know what you need and I'll bring it along. PM me what you need.

Gonna put together a list shortly and that will give you guys a better idea of what to bring.

Hern you can bring the french fry cutter for sure.  Won't hurt to have two.
