coyotes and beagles
« on: September 21, 2010, 06:23:54 AM »
I joined the local beagle club this year, some of the members are complaining that they are running their beagles and coyotes are coming in.  one guy had a big male come in and was listening to his dogs.  another had young coyotes come in and ran along side of the beagles for alittle bit they got about 40 yards from the dogs and ran with them for about 50 yards.

i always carry my .38 with me, but i am thinking i should carry the Ruger Single Six with the .22 mag.

Might want to record your Beagles and use it to lure them in.

As you all know Major Boddicker instructional CD's, DVD's, and cassettes always stresses how the Joy of Hunt mingled with rabbit distress works great for him on coyotes..  Canines...Be it a mutt, beagle, or a coyote...They all like to get into and chase prey animals..
