your application has to go by postal service which we all know isn't as fast as it used to be even though we have all kinds of technology...lol.
your application once recieved by the Secretary gets posted in the officers forum for approval. once approved by the officers, your membership card, sticker and welcome package gets mailed back to you. once your approved your name goes in the membership roster and your official...card or not.
