Cow horn Howler

I am looking to have a cow horn howler made for a Christmas Present for one of the land owners that I have permission to hunt on his land.   I have the horn just need to know who will do it and how much.

Why not do it yourself?  I know you can get toneboards allready compleated that all you need to do is stick it in a horn.  check out tho game calls, rick robbins game calls, or all predator calls has kits also.  if you need help let me know and I can help ya out.   ;)
