Keystoneman, there are many areas un the U.S you can hunt without a guide. My best hunts are Texas and Wyoming with no guide. My wife shot a 29 inch by 29 inch Mule deer last year at 300 yards and she only shoots once a year. I was the guide. There is some great predator hunting out west for FREE. Just apply for a lottery chance for Moose in Maine and New Brunswick.
