There are a number of options:
1. You could schedule a program at Cabelas or Bass Pro's for the lectures and then go to a local range. They may be able to get some of the manufactures involved.
2. You could have it at one of the local gun clubs in the area.
3. You could shedule it at one of the PGC shooting ranges and have it there. They can also provide speakers.
Of course we have our own speakers too.

I'd be up for what you describe! Sounds like a fun day, for family members as well. I think the shooting would be fun, and the members that feel very comfortable with their calling abilities, call-making abilities, etc. could put on demos.
