Wow use to be my favorite places to go harvest a few gray fox before I'd call it quits for the night.. Hunting on the railroads for gray fox.. Then Sep 11 and the police really started enforcing the trespass law. The trespass law for railroads have been around since I was born in 1948. They never enforced it.. kids would get their legs cut off jumping freights etc.. Then along comes Bin Laden and destroys outstanding gray fox hunting.. It so bad now you can't even park your vehicle by the crossing area.. Police in your area on constant patrol! Will they arrest you for traveling on the railroad or just parking by the crossing too?
