Good job. Nice Bird.
I breast out Turkey and make Jerky. There are many Jerky recipes out there.
Our son made Jerky from our birds this season. Good Stuff.

Me too, turkey jerky, same recipe I us for venison.
Breast is jerky, the rest gets boiled and ground into sandwich spread
