I have been using this A1 Cornpepper rub on all my venison and it is turning out amazing. The steaks I marinate overnight with red wine vinegar, Worchester sauce, soy sauce and some herbs along with the rub before I fry them. I'll try to find the exact recipe I used as I took a common one and added to it.
Tonight I mixed it with some deer burger and gravy and it came out amazing. My new favorite ingredient.
