People Living in developments are facing an epidemic of feral cat populations!
I wonder what government agency agreed to the following policy?
Cat caught in box trap.
You have to pay $25.00 for each cat neutered!
After they are neutered they HAVE to be released back into the neighborhood that they were caught in!

Not sure I understand Uncle Buck....if they are FERAL cats, (meaning free roaming with no owner), WHO would pay $25 to have them neutered?

No your right it's not logical what government agreed to with these cat loving agencies!
They should put them up for adoption! They are still causing a situation of spreading all kinds of diseases!
Government is being manipulated by groups that aren't using logic! Decisions are based on emotions!
