Want to make a fleshing board for coon and grey fox but I need to know what size to make it. I need to know a thickness, length and the width. Any help would be great.

I use an eight inch beam.
Everyone has their own style.

I fleshed with different boards and push down or pull down...
Last year I mounted a new beam straight out and like this method because I don't have to bend my back.

i paterned mine with a #4 wire stretcher. i just bent it in till the sides lined up with the edge of the 2x8. i left it 1.5" thick and left a 1.5" flat on the tip. i rounded the top so it fit the knife.
