District 3 will be having a Christmas Hunt starting on Dec. 23, 2011 at 12:01 am and ending at noon on Jan. 8, 2012.
There will be two (2) ways to check in, 1. Internet check in or 2. Physical check in, you pick which is the better way for you to check in. There will also be two (2) points systems for either way you check in.

If using the internet each participant needs to make their own topic in the “PPHA Events District 3 Christmas Hunt forum to place his entries in.
All photo entries for each participant must stay in their topic for the duration of the contest. If you are using a picture hosting site for your pictures, be sure that the pictures remain there for the duration of the contest. If the picture gets removed prior to the end of the contest, it cannot be counted.
All posted predators must be harvested by the person in the topic only. For people hunting in teams, only the shooter may take credit for the predator.
Predators must be taken district 3
If posting on the internet all pictures must include the participant displaying their harvest and the official pose. The official pose will be announced before the contest begins.
All PGC and game laws must be obeyed and followed during the course of the hunt.
All entrants must be a PPHA member and must remain a member through the course of the hunt.
No trapping or using dogs

Physical check in will be held in Clearfield, PA at the Clearfield fair grounds look for the PPHA banner. Physical check in time is from 1:00 pm till 1:30 pm on Jan. 8, 2012 and there will be a District 3 meeting after the check in, location to be announced after check in.
