Ever realize that...When you get busted by a fox they always run to an area that they bark at you.. You can shine your light toward the sound but you never can see their eyes.  However there they are barking their head off at you.. Same with coyotes too....Me thinks they put sun glasses on myself!!!!

who knows?  maybe with the use of the more powerful 250 Kill lights as a scanning light we will be able to pin point those eyes just inside the woods of a woodlot and maybe take a shot if the yardage is oh less then 251 yards to it..  Figure up until now most of us used the Nitelite type head lights for our scanning lights.  Some have used those 1,000,000 candle power red lens spot lights.. Now that might be able to see that fox that just busted you hiding in the woods??? I think they crawl along the ground once they bust you like Indians and or Special Forces!!!!!! ;D ;D ;D

What do you think? Where do you think they head? Do you think they put something in front of themselves as they are barking at you?
just something I always notice when I get busted...Wish I had a dime for everytime that happened.. Well maybe a dollar not a dime!!!

There are times when I could see 'em day or night call'n out of shotgun range. Sitting and bark'n, maybe pace'n then sitting and yip'n.
For the most part, I think they go over a rise or in heavy cover because they don't want to see me but want some distance between us, but stay briefly within earshot range to tell me what they think of my poor setup, lousy calls or lack of cover scent. After they tell me what they think...they don't stick around too long.
