we have a suggestions board towards the bottom of the site. you can ask away in there of you'd like. i'm not a moderator so i'm guessing that maybe you need to make so many posts before you can PM someone...or you need to be a paid member of the PPHA and not someone from the general public who is a user. not sure which exactly may pertain to you.
when a post gets moved it goes into the moderators board if it wasnt deleted entirely.
Leglifter, BigBen & Lifes2fun are all moderators here and can answer these questions better than i can.
