I got a couple yorkies they could rent, but I think their legs are a little short for a long chase.

I tried that with a couple tea cup poodles but their ears kept getting caught in the jaggers. So I had to carry them the whole way.

No, he is not kidding. I guess he was involved in one of these bigger hunts and he heard that a guy from Maryland brought some dogs up for guys to use and he was asking me if I ever heard of it or knew where he could rent some around here.

Predator 77, my little dog is for rent. You may have to pull him out of the coyotes mouth once in awhile. Other than that he will kill the coyote with kindness.

Earl, I don't do dogs. ;). This guy asked me and said he thought I would know since I belonged to a predator organization. If I hunted with dogs, I wouldn't have spent $800 on a ecaller. :P

I dont know of anyone that "rents" their dogs for hunts.
I do know that a good bit of these guys that run dogs have gotten their guide permit.
Then you can pay them to run dogs for a variety of game, including animals like coons, cats, coyotes, I believe theres even one I saw that runs them for feral pigs in Pa.
THIS IS SPARTA!!

I am actually the guy who requested the information on dogs from another site, this is my first post. We do the Mosquito Creek hunt and for the last few years a camp we Bear hunt with hunts with dogs. The dogs are brought in, rented or guided, called PennMaryDel Coonhounds. In talking with the guy he brings up 10 dogs and 5 are worked each day for two days, they search for a track and then put the dogs on them. They got 3 coyotes this year and really do well each year. I just wanted to inquire to see if it was possible to do the same.
I know you guys got a kick out of this topic but I was just trying to find out info as I forgot to ask the guy when we met him.
One interesting note was he could not believe how many bobcats we have in Pa
