Some members can get copy by way of email. Others send copy. Save money.

Mail will cost money

If you don't start letting the members know what's going on, they won't renew.  Club loses money.
You can send a lot of letters for the price of a jack-in-the-box.  I have been to a few hunts and picnics.   There is a ton of donations that could be used to raise money also.

The only reason I ask bout active members is because you figure postage costs for mailing.

the average cost of one mailing to the entire membership was approx. $145.00 if i'm not mistaken. this was from last years mailings we did.

if membership #'s are up and postage is up..well than tack in a few more bucks. the money raised at the expo should help with more mailings.
