Carnivore 5 Light Charging
« on: November 20, 2017, 03:23:40 PM »
Just found a brand new C-5 light in a closet.  Had to be there for 5+ years.  Works great but have a ? on recharging batteries.  Only thing missing is Instructions.  How long should I leave the batteries on charge?  Wish to check them all before using.  Thanks.  Dick

I leave batteries in until green light comes on. It takes some time.

If you want to sell the Carnivore 5, let me know. You Rat.

If you happen to have the Nitecore i4 charger that Ernie had at one point, that is a nice one ...its a "smart" charger so it will not overcharge etc and charges pretty quick..just wait until the battery above the charging port has all three bars solidly lit up (there's 3 I believe) and that battery is charged..congrats on your find.

Hern & Quattro,  Hern, If I stop Hunting I will give it to you.  Quattro,  Charger is a SANGUAN and I just got done charging all 6 batteries. 8 to 9.5 Hrs.  Will try it out and compare it w/ Wicked & Night Eyes.  Thanks for the help.  Dick
