How many of you have experienced a whistle pig come out of the hole and start to whistle at you... I have posted this on here before... It works for me but doesn't seem to work for others on here... When the chucks aren't moving pull out your open reed predator call and start to give them pup distress sounds to the valley below you.. Sometimes the chucks will come out and start to whistle and you pop them one or they just come out to see what all the commotion is about.. Try it sometimes when your sitting there and the chucks just seemed to be staying in their holes.  Yank Those Wood Chucks Chain!!!!

I just took a shot of that last night... You do have to keep checking that it's ok.. LOL  I did notice that my ICOtec call has the woodchuck distress on it.... of course you can't use electronics to call in chucks...I think Hern did say a 2:33 last Tuesday that coyotes check every wood chuck hole on a farm.. So  the chuck distress might be a good food sound to throw in your coyote calling scenario...

Now back to the mouth calling Puppy Whines .   Primos closed reed call named the KIYI does excellent puppy distress if you don't know how to use an open reed call....
