Interesting stuff
« on: July 16, 2014, 10:57:06 PM »
Was out checking on an animal complaint. The lady said she had seen a lot of corn damage and thinks it might be a bear. Well it just turns out to be a just a lot of raccoons doing damage.
Just makes me laugh what some people think. One time a lady had me looking for a mountain lion. LOL
For a brief moment I could hear nature through all the noise.

LOL.
I could write a book on what costumers tell me what animal is causing trouble and what really is happening.
Buckwheat, you probably talking Sweet Corn?
Coon know exactly when to hit the Sweet Corn. Same applies to Field Corn.

Field Corn, I find that Bear knock down corn stalks in a circle. After that, appears Bear sit in the middle and eat.
Groundhog and Coon will take individual stalkes. Squirrels usually take the ears.

I like to take my wife in the Corn field and kiss her behind the ears.

It was in field corn.
But what had happened there was a spot in the middle of the corn that the deer had eaten a wile back and the area was stunted in growth. Then on top of that there was a coon trail going right through the middle of this with a big coon trail going through the middle full of coon cap all around in big
piles.
She was scared to go out there until I looked at it.
I anyone has ever seen the damage bear can do to a field there is no mistaking it.

I like to also take her in the corn field and kiss her behind the ears. LOL

I had to confirm to a lady that it is not a mountain lion making tracks is her area.

Also a fellow let me know I did not know anything about snake's when I said they are just common water snakes in the golf course pond at willow street.  Cotton mouth water snake was his take on them.
