LOL
It justs goes to special fund account. What the he## is special fund account!!
Just like taxes, you probably will never really know we're the money goes after a few years when nobody is watching it closely. But it will be a special place I am sure. Just not back to hunters that payed there money for this special place.
For a brief moment I could hear nature through all the noise.

Bounties won't work.  True predator hunters are not fueled by $25.00 per coyote to go and hunt them.  As stated before when money is involved along with it generally comes alot of negative.  If you are having difficulty or think coyotes are hard to hunt now wait until they make it like Mosquito Creek year around.   I am also amused by how the rest of the unused bounty money goes to an unspecified venue.

JMO...I hope this dies a quick death.

Me too

How do you suppose they would try to pull this off?  Check stations?  Would the WCOs have to run around checking them?  They have much better things to spend their time and money on

There are a lot of Pro and Con about this if  approved:

Pro that I can think of:
Sale of all kinds of predator calling gear!
More people hunting predators !
Make farmers happy!
Sale more hunting license !
Help local economy in towns where people hunt!
Sale of trapping supplies!
Money for gas and ammunition!
Research on coyotes if blood  samples taken by biologist!
Statistical data on locations of coyote harvest!

Con
Destruction of predator calling for previous predator calling community!
Closure of hunting lands because farmers will even trap and hunt!
Conflicts at night when callers run into other callers or trappers! Traps stolen or set off by other coyote hunters!
Dog hunters really hitting areas harder to get money for the up keep of dogs!
For those who make the coyote a trophy you might have to turn coyote over to get the $25.00!

If they were smart they should take the coyote and for every $25.00 out they can sale the pelt and replenish some of the $25.00 back into the account! Pa Eastern Coyote is not worth when prime! Maybe $18.00 if skinned and stretched properly!
IMO the Eastern Coyote is a trophy and I would rather keep it as a trophy instead of getting $25 bucks!

Trespassing as well. Its bad enough now to catch someone hunting spots they arent allowed to. Wait till $ signs start flashing.

I am no officer but I do know bountys have never worked. Besides if they are so interested in what coyotes might kill and damage our other animals.  Why did they released the fisher? Fishers are way worse then the coyote will ever be on critters.

There has been no action on this bill other than being introduced on July 17 by the looks of things ie:there are no roll call votes for this bill currently.
What other info are you requesting pertaining to this post?
