Wondering if any members would be willing to invest in creating a public relations committee for the PPHA? I think about all the farms we hunt and the debt of gratitude we owe the Pennsylvania Farm Bureau. I have found overwhelming support amongst farmers I ask to predator and varmint hunt. It would be great if we as a group could write them a letter to express our gratitude. Maybe even get an organizational membership to show them our support?
We owe a debt of gratitude to the pgc as well. It would be great if someone would organize a gun raffle and we could donate the proceeds to the pgc to show them our support and appreciation.
How about police departments? It would be great if someone could draft a letter to law enforcement that members could give to thier local police departments that would explain about predator hunting to avoid conflicts. Go into information about red lights, predator hunting being done at night, etc. Might help avoid "sitiations" with police and our members as well as educate and build repore with law enforcement.
Just some ideas...please share if you have others or would consider helping out in these areas...
