Todays Findings
« on: November 10, 2012, 12:09:15 PM »
While I was out trying to archery hunt this morning.  I decided to check out the neighboring property that I just got permission to predator hunt.  Not even 50yds from my tree stand I find a carcas of a botton buck.  It was fresh from last night.  It was definetly killed by coyotes as the back end and end trails were eating away.  Plus the size of the scat was also a telltail sign of it being coyotes. So, I'm going to freshing the site up later today with some deer guts I got from a road kill and hunt over the carcas tonight.

Good Luck.  May be a long wait.
"Predators are either active & feeding, semi-active & callable, or utterly inactive & then practically speaking, no call is needed; we're just taking our guns for a walk. We can & should get used to it, & follow their leed cuz they just ain't eager nor apt to follow our’s any time soon!

I been watching a nice 9 pt every night this week but he never came close enough... And Last night I hoped to finally bag him, but instead I seen coyote scat beside my treestand and not a single deer. Darn dogs

I finally have the chance to go out tonight and I'm excited but its so warm I hope I get some action after dark. Haven't got any fur in awhile!
Addicted to fur for sure
