1) thinly sliced deer approx.16 to 18 in. long 2)put loin in lg. bowl add 3 cups milk with 2 cups A 1 sauce 3) 1tsp. pepper dash of salt cover and refrigerate for 8 hours 4) slice 1 large vadallia onion when meat is done marinating 5) fry onion in butter when carmelized ..set aside 6) drain marinade from meat cook on high for 3 to 4 min. cover 7) add onion to loin cook additional 3 to 4 min. if desired cook portabella mushrooms with onions ENJOY !
