The Blue Mountain Chapter of the Safari Club International is holding it's annual Youth Chukar Hunt & Field Day on Saturday September 9, 2006 from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Central Penn Sporting Clays in Wellsville, York County, PA (near Dillsburg). This is a FREE event and opened to children of ALL ages. Chukar hunting is limited to children who have completed the PA Hunter's Safety Course. The program includes breakfast and lunch, archery shooting, black powder muzzleloader intro, clay bird mini course, Wild Moments from Jack Hubley and more.

The Chukar Hunt is a great opporunity for young people to enjoy and have an experience of hunting birds with a dog.
