Title: District 5 Raccoon Hunt
Post by: Leglifter on October 20, 2011, 06:21:54 AM: The D5 coon hunt will be held Nov 4-6. the hunt will start Friday at 12:00am and end Saturday at midnight. it will be an on-line check in. pics will need to be posted, emailed, or texted to me before 10:00pm sunday. the picture key will be posted on the board Thursday night. the person with the most coon will win.

please pick a 3 digit number when you register for the hunt. the number will be used to settle any ties.

first place: "Crumblin' Coons" day time coon calling DVD

second place: "Western Rivers Kitten Coon Mity Call Model 719"

To answer the question on my coon. No calls at all. Just dumb luck catching two of them coming out of the corn while walking in to do a fox set. Had I waited until they came out further, I may have had two. I guess I was at the right spot at the right time.
