Don't forget to check out the PPHA home page for a list of upcoming events and other updates frequently. I sometimes get caught up in the forum boards so much that I forget about all the other information on the home page, including a link and contact information to the great sponsors that help keep our forum board running.

I see the evnts listed. there is no explanation of what they are. For instince what is the north central hunt? what is the diff between state events and district events? what is a wildcard hunt? very confusing and no explanations. do you have to be a member. thanks-clay

District events means there only has to be a check in for that district
State events have a check in, in each district.
You must be a member or there are some guest provisions for events and hunts.
Any member can attend any district or state event, but remember, if you want to be in a district event, you will be required to travel to that region of the state to participate
The North Central hunt is an event that has been held in the north central part of the state. (Renovo)
Its a nice get together for a weekend hunt and luncheon.
Hope that helps a little

Specific Hunt rules and information will be posted for each event as time gets close. The information posted is just a general outlook. A non member may participate in a hunt one time with a ten dollar fee which will be applied toward a membership within one week after the organized hunt if you choose. The non member has to be sponsored by a member in good standing who is responsible for the non member. Non member must hunt with the sponsor also during the event. Other than that, yes you have to be a member. Hope to see you at some events.......Tim
