CAN I USE THE WOLF GOLD 5.56- 55 GRAIN MILITARY IN A N.E.F 223 SINGLE SHOT?
 ALSO THE REVEIWS ON THIS AMMO ARE NOT GOOD BUT IT WAS SHOT WITH AR'S.

I DIDNT KNOW if it was ok? they have bad reveiws but are priced like they are quality shells. a guy has 240 rounds he wants 100. i thought bout gettin them

There mixed reviews on the 5.56 vs 223 ammo.

I stick with 223
